Teach you how to print easily

1. The print head is too soft or too hard: try using a different print head.

2, the image is too close to the edge of the plastic head: move the plastic head position, or change a new plastic head. Corrosion The depth of corrosion of the gravure is too deep, the ink is too thin and the stains on the print are often mistaken for image distortion. This may be due to the fact that the ink is too thin to cause the print to move or the surface to be squashed when the printed substrate is printed, using a special jig or pad. It is also possible that the fixture of the substrate is improperly selected and the fixture is correctly replaced to allow it to firmly support the various positions of the printed article. In addition, the jig moves. Check the fixture so that it is firmly printed on the corners and check that the fixture angle is correct.

3, ink hiding power is too poor, when printing dark ink on a monochrome object, ink hiding power is often insufficient. In this case, it is generally necessary to print another color to achieve the desired degree of coverage. For example, printing a white ink over a dark background, sometimes several times, requires a sufficient amount of ink to obtain a brighter image.

Possible Causes Solutions

The print head has a hole and it is hard. Try another print head

The shape of the print head is too flat and soft, resulting in the inability to release enough ink on top of the printed item, and try a harder, sharper-edged print head.

The image is too close to the edge of the print head, move the print head, or replace it with a new print head.

Corrosion gravure

The depth of corrosion is too shallow and a deeper intaglio plate is recreated.

There is an error in the type of screen. Try using another screen to recreate a gravure.

Ink

The ink is too thin to increase the viscosity of the ink.

The ink transfer is incomplete, and related auxiliary equipment is used to air dry the ink so that the ink on the print head can be properly released.

Printing materials

Due to the dark color of the substrate, the color of the image is not bright enough, and it is printed more than once to make the thickness of the ink layer slightly thicker.

The fourth problem: the image is dirty

When the ink is too thin during printing, or if the printing head slides, the printed image will be dirty. Improper print heads, insecure printed objects, incorrect angles of printed objects on the fixture, and excessive pressure on the print head can cause the print head to slip during printing.

Possible causes and solutions

Printing head

The print head is too hard, try a soft one for the print head.

The print head is too small, try a larger print head.

Use a pad to print on the edge of the pad to adjust the printing position of the pad, or use a fixture that supports the effect.

Corrosion gravure

The depth of corrosion is too deep, and a gravure plate with a moderate depth of corrosion is recreated.

Improper selection of gravure type, try using another screen.

Ink

The ink is too thin. Add some ink without added diluent to increase the thickness of the ink.

Dry slowly, and use thinner to dry faster.

Printing materials

The surface of the object is too profiled to adopt a special-shaped print head or to adjust the position of the print head.

other reasons

The printed object is not fixed firmly and is fixed again.

The fixture did not reach sufficient stability and readjust.
